Full Job Description Janitorial General Cleaner:

OpSource has partnered with a family-owned and operated janitorial services company located in Asheville, NC. We are seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to join our cleaning team. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of operating auto scrubbers and buffers, and take pride in keeping facilities spotless, safe, and presentable. This role primarily focuses on floor care and cleanliness during evening and overnight hours, with additional responsibilities involving detailed cleaning tasks.

Pay for the position:

$17.50 Shifts for the position: Monday-Friday10:00 PM – 6:30AM Job requirements for the position may include: Operate auto scrubbers and floor buffers to clean and polish floors. Buff out black marks and scuffs across floor surfaces. Perform regular dusting and debris removal, including hard-to-reach areas and under furniture. Move and clean chairs, chair legs, and surrounding areas as needed. Ensure floors under and around furniture are maintained and free of dirt and residue. Maintain equipment and report any mechanical issues to supervisor. Assist with general janitorial duties as required. Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications for the position:

Experience using floor scrubbers and buffers required. Basic understanding of floor care techniques and products. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to lift, move, and clean under furniture. Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented.
