Janitorial/CustodianWe are seeking experience Custodians to join our team! We are a small family owned business looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, after training is able to work independently with minimal supervision, has reliable transportation, and can pass a background check.

• Responsibilities:

• General Cleaning of commercial building
• offices, common areas, conference rooms and bathrooms

• Floor Care:

  Vacuum,dust mop, damp mop, sweep

• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain working conditions of cleaning equipment

• Qualifications:

• 6+ months experience in cleaning or custodial care
• Ability to move 25 pounds
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Flexible schedule for early morning and evening work
