We are currently seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as an Inspectors. As an Inspection teammate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and quality of our accommodations during our peak seasons. - Conduct detailed inspections of vacation homes to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards and checklists.
- Maintain organization of housekeeping closets within the homes.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or repairs needed.
- Maintain detailed inspection records through pictures and communicate findings to the management team.
- Assist with housekeeping needs, such as but not limited to, laundry, mid-stay cleans, guest services needs
- Interact with guest in a warm and friendly manner and address any immediate concerns or request. Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a vacation rental or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds Requirements
- Driver’s license
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays What We Offer
- Paid Time Off (after 90 days) – Starting at 40 hours per year (prorated)
- Earn up to $600/week based on a 40 hour work week ($18/hour)
