• We are seeking a detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across our facilities located at the SECU in Smithfield NC.

• MUST LIVE IN AREA OR CLOSE BY

• Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
• Clean and disinfect restrooms
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Restock paper products and soap dispensers
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines
• Report maintenance issues and supply needs to management
• Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition Qualifications
• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds
• Reliable transportation to work location(s)
• Availability to work afternoon hours of 2:00 pm Seven (7) days a week.
