Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness. Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment following established protocols. Dispose of waste materials properly and ensure recycling practices are followed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed. Requirements Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Reliable transportation to commute to various job sites as needed. Flexibility to work different shifts including evenings or weekends if required.
