We are independently owned and operated. We have doubled our revenue year over year and on track to do it again this year. We are looking for someone to be a helper for now, but can grow with us to be a crew leader. Our business is experiencing a growth boom and we hope that you can be part of this journey.

Pay:

We start everyone at $15/hr. Depending on the skill level shown in your first week, that pay can be retro-actively changed to as much as $25/hr.

Responsibilities:

Assist with gutter cleaning, gutter cover installation, gutter polishing, window cleaning and pressure washing.

Requirements:

• Be on time and reliably show up when scheduled
• Be presentable and have good communication skills to customers
• Have reliable transportation to office
• Wear pants/shorts with a belt (Will provide shirts)
• Have decent grippy shoes
• Good hygiene
• Attention to detail
• Have active mobile phone
• Have a bank account or account capable of receiving direct deposits (will assist with acquiring one in most cases)
• Comfortable with heights up to four story’s (not right away of course but over time)
• Carry weight up to 75lbs
• Drug and alcohol free workplace
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures (this is a year round outside job)
• Valid and clean drivers license for position advancement
• Be under 250lbs due to equipment weight limitations Principals only.
