Work Environment:

Duties:

Perform standard or deep cleaning tasks for residential homes, Airbnb units, commercial buildings, and county facilities Clean and sanitize restrooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, offices, break rooms, and replenish supplies Empty trash and replace garbage bags Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces Clean and disinfect high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, desks, dressers, cabinets, and drawers Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines Assist with property management tasks such as coordinating maintenance requests, conducting property inspections, and communicating with tenants as needed

Skills:

Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently Ability to work independently or as part of a team Strong communication skills to interact with colleagues, clients, and tenants Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and standing for long periods
