General Duties and Responsibilities:
Sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum floors. Remove Trash. Clean restrooms and restock supplies (toilet paper/paper towels). Clean windows, glass partitions, signage, railings, etc. Dust. Mix water and cleaning chemicals to proper dilution rate. Porter/patrol site for any trash and/or spills that needs to be cleaned. Requirements Must be able to walk and/or stand for up to four hours at a time minimum Must be able to perform all required duties of the position Must be able to lift objects up to 50 pounds Must be able to use hand tools and facilities equipment Must be dependable, flexible Must have a valid driver’s license
