The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are safe, hygienic, and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform cleaning tasks in residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain cleanliness in high-traffic areas and ensure restrooms are stocked and tidy. Utilize power tools and hand tools for various cleaning tasks as needed. Assist with remodeling projects by maintaining cleanliness during construction activities. Apply knowledge of stucco and masonry techniques to ensure proper cleaning methods are used on different surfaces. Read blueprints to understand cleaning requirements for specific projects. Employ basic math skills for measuring areas that require cleaning or maintenance. Utilize color theory knowledge to select appropriate cleaning solutions for different materials. Qualifications Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with trim carpentry and basic construction practices is a plus. Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
