Porter/Power Washer, NEEDED NOW in Charlotte, NC! Federal Building Services 4400 Sharon Road, Charlotte, NC 28211 ESCFederal is seeking dependable, motivated, ambitious individuals to join our rapidly growing TEAM in Charlotte, NC! General Duties and Responsibilities:
Power Washer the internal hardscape, seating areas and external walkways Perform cleaning of the truck courts Operate and maintain press washer machines Emptying site trash cans as needed Other cleaning tasks may apply Requirements – Must have a valid driver’s license and pass MVR Must be able to walk and/or stand for up to four hours at a time minimum Must be able to perform all required duties of the position Must be able to use hand tools and facilities equipment Knowledge and experience with trailer mounted Pressure Washer (preferred) Able to work independently, exercise creativity, attentive to detail and maintain a positive attitude High School Diploma or equivalent Able to communicate effectively both orally and written Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
