Post Construction Commercial Cleaners Needed!!! Do you have experience with cleaning up the aftermath of construction left behind in new commercial building (restaurants, offices, hotel, apartments, and etc.)? Are you reliable and take pride in your work? If yes, then this is the contract position for you. As a Post Construction Cleaner, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for ensuring that newly constructed or renovated spaces are clean and ready for occupancy. With core skills in cleaning, janitorial and custodial experience, floor care, and commercial cleaning, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and sanitary environment.

Duties:

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways and lobbies
• Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques such as sweeping, vacuuming, moping, buffing and waxing.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and carpet cleaners.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
