Job Overview Our technicians provide quality maintenance services to both homeowners and commercial customers. Our main services are power washing, window cleaning, and gutter cleaning. It is a physical job and mostly outside in a variety of weather but we do some interior work as well. Duties Load and prepare equipment for daily use. Provide quality maintenance services to both homeowners and businesses. Must be able to do physical work, including some ladder work, and occasionally lifting 40+ pounds. Potential upsell and commission to supplement your hourly pay. Recognize potential customer needs and provide solutions. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism to enhance customer satisfaction. Experience Not required if you are the right fit for our company. Power washing, window cleaning, and painting experience is a plus though. Sales experience also beneficial but not required.
