Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and experienced cleaning dynamo in Charlotte to join our team, part-time and grow with us! As a residential cleaner, you and your assistant will work to clean multiple units in luxury apartment buildings daily. This approach reduces travel time and maximizes your income potential.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of assigned units, including but not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and meet client expectations. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate cleaning schedules and address any concerns or special requests.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
3+ years of experience in residential cleaning. Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle. Work within a 25 mile radius of center city Charlotte. Your own cleaning supplies including vacuum cleaner. Recruit your own assistant (we work in teams of 2). Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service. English fluency.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday Day shift, no weekends.
Part-time Compensation:
$40 – $65 per one hour clean for 2 person team. Bonus opportunities, increased base rate on performance, and tips.
