Overview Floor Technicians are responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and repairing all carpeted and hard floor surfaces. Must be able to scrub, polish, and wax all types of floors. Funtioning with a part of a larger janitorial team and hospital staff. Responsibilities Monitor and analize floor care machines for preventative maintence. Adhere to safety policies and procedures. Operate the industrial floor care equiptment as assigned as needed. Perform other duties assigned with general floorcare. Floorcare including stripping and refinishing, burnishing,spray cleaning, and buffing. Qualifications At least six months of floor Tech experience in an industrial, hospitality, or hospital setting preferred
