Apartment Turnover Cleaners – Wilmington, NC We’re hiring 5-8 experienced cleaners for a 2-3 week apartment turnover project in Wilmington, NC . This is a 1099 independent contractor position , and there is a possibility for long-term or full-time work for top performers.

$25 per fully completed apartment – Clean 5 apartments per day = $125/day

Apartment Size:

2-3 bedrooms / 2-3 bathrooms

Team Setup:

Work in teams of 3 to complete each unit efficiently

Schedule:

Monday-Saturday (some weekends may be optional)

All cleaning equipment and supplies A detailed cleaning checklist for each unit Bonuses available for teams that finish on time with no issues Support from an experienced team leader

Requirements:

Experience with apartment turnovers is required Must be able to follow detailed instructions/checklists Must be punctual , team-oriented , and efficient Ability to handle fast-paced, high-volume work We work together as a team to get the job done quickly and thoroughly.
