Cleaner Adrieanna Services Wilmington, NC 28409 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to ensure cleanliness. Execute floor care duties, including buffing and polishing surfaces to maintain their appearance. Conduct industrial cleaning tasks in various settings, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas to promote hygiene. Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs observed during cleaning. Provide porter services when necessary, ensuring that all areas are tidy and organized. Occasionally assist with residential painting projects as needed. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition. Qualifications Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. Familiarity with floor care techniques such as buffing and polishing is a plus. Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Good physical stamina; ability to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
