The pay is $21.77 per hour / 8 hours a week: 4 hours on a Monday afternoon, 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and the same on Wednesdays. The location is a warehouse / metal shop, with 4 small offices. Standard dry sweep and wet-mop floors in a warehouse and the 4 offices. Collect garbage, dusting, polishing. Cleaning bathrooms. Must be able to walk up stairs. Also, 4 times a year the 4 small offices will require strip and wax on a Saturday. That takes approximately 6 to 7 hours. If you don’t have experience with Strip and wax using a stripper machine, we can train you. This is for a Government contract. You will need to have the

• Perform industrial cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness in various areas
• Execute floor care activities including Stripping and waxing 4 times a year.
• Keep all areas clean and sanitized, following established protocols Requirements
• Previous experience in custodial or related roles is preferred
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices and techniques
• Ability to perform floor care tasks including stripping and waxing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job effectively
