This position plays a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across a variety of settings, with a strong focus on post-construction cleanups , residential homes , and office spaces . The ideal candidate will bring versatility, professionalism, and a strong work ethic to every job site, ensuring client satisfaction and safety at all times. Key Responsibilities Post-Construction Cleaning Perform deep cleaning of newly constructed or renovated properties, including dust and debris removal, sticker/paint overspray cleanup, and polishing of surfaces. Clean interior spaces such as cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, baseboards, trim, windows, and floors to prepare properties for occupancy. Use industrial vacuums, ladders, and specialty cleaning tools to complete tasks safely and thoroughly. Residential Cleaning Clean and organize interior home spaces including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas. Perform general housekeeping tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing high-touch areas. Follow custom cleaning checklists tailored to client preferences and home layouts. Office & Commercial Cleaning Maintain cleanliness in professional and business settings including lobbies, break rooms, conference rooms, and restrooms. Perform daily or scheduled cleanings such as emptying trash, wiping down desks and high-traffic surfaces, restocking paper goods, and ensuring floors are presentable. Work during off-hours or after business operations to minimize disruption and maintain a tidy professional environment. General & Industrial Tasks Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and supplies in compliance with OSHA and company guidelines. Operate floor care machines for stripping, buffing, or waxing surfaces as needed. Report any damage, safety concerns, or maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly. Experience & Qualifications Previous experience in cleaning roles—particularly post-construction, residential, or office settings—is strongly preferred. Familiarity with industrial equipment, including buffers, shop vacuums, and ladders, is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and follow cleaning protocols. Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or with a team. Flexible availability, including occasional weekends or evenings.
