The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-maintained. Execute custodial tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Conduct floor care activities including buffing and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all equipment is clean and in good working condition. Provide porter services by managing waste disposal and maintaining cleanliness in common areas. Carry out industrial cleaning duties when required, adhering to safety protocols and regulations. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Clean all countertops, cabinets, inside and out remove plastic. Remove all plastic and polish all kitchen appliances refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Dust and/or wash all directory boards as required, remove fingerprints and smudges. Clean walls of any dust collection. Properly clean all bathrooms tubs and shower. Clean window exterior and interior. Clean and wipe all doors and baseboards free of any debris or dust. Clean water heater closet remove construction debris. Clean all closet shelving in bathrooms and bedrooms. Mop and sweep all floors and remove any debris. Patio balconies- remove any debris. Clean all corridors and staircase. Clean all light fixatures and ceiling fans. Follow all construction safety precautions at all times. Other duties may be required that are not listed. Skills Experience in residential painting is a plus, enhancing the overall aesthetic of cleaned spaces. Proficiency in commercial cleaning techniques to ensure professional standards are met. Strong background in facilities maintenance to support overall operational efficiency. Familiarity with floor care methods, including buffing and waxing techniques. Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. Good organizational skills to manage time effectively while completing multiple cleaning tasks. Must be able to clean which includes walking, standing, reaching, stooping, bending and lifting. Must have ability to work with other crew members and be able to take responsibility of other tasks while working with your daily tasks. Must be able to complete daily tasks and responsibilities.
