QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of basic professional cleaning techniques Can do Attitude, eye for detail, coachable and a team player Friendly communication and interpersonal skills Ability to move fast and efficiently while on a construction site Skilled technician or mechanically inclined. Will clean windows using professional methods with squeeze (will train) Must have a valid driver’s license as well as your own reliable means of transportation

RESPONSIBILITIES

Clean a variety of surfaces to dirt-free condition. Operate or learn machinery such as buffers and wet/dry vacuums Arrive to sites on time on a consistent basis Detail clean new kitchen and bathrooms, sinks, cabinets, tubs, clean hand rails, floors, and other surfaces. Work effectively in a team environment as well as independently Looking for enthusiastic candidates ready to work as part of the best team. Reliable transportation is required. Work locations vary and we are not always near public transportation.

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$14.00 – $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
