work only! Additional cleaning work may be available during the week or in the off season for highly motivated cleaners. Here’s what a typical Saturday from May-September looks like for our cleaners: We meet at a storage unit adjacent to the Surf City Bridge at 9:45am. Snacks and drinks will be available! We collect all our supplies and receive our assignments. Usually you will be paired up with another cleaner, so you must work well with others! You will head off to the houses you were assigned to clean, communicating promptly and effectively throughout the day. Cleaning must be thorough but with HUSTLE! Quickly and completely is the name of the game. When you are done for the day (usually around 4), you head back to the storage unit and unload your supplies.

Requirements:

Must be reliable and communicative! Must work well with others! Must have basic cleaning knowledge! (for example: please know how to turn on a vacuum cleaner. Please know what cleaning products to use when and on what. Please know how to mop a floor.) Must be able to carry 20 pounds up and down stairs. Must have a smartphone on which you can install apps and take and upload photos. Anyone meeting these requirements is encouraged to apply… I especially love hiring military wives and teachers on summer break!

Compensation:

Pay is $20/hour, paid out the same week you work via direct deposit. This is a W2 position. We have a lot of fun, so if you think you would be a good fit for our team, please communicate through Indeed so we can set up an interview!
