(1) hour per service We’re hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner/Janitor to help maintain a clean and welcoming environment at one of our facilities in Rockingham, NC. If you take pride in keeping spaces spotless and enjoy working independently, this job is for you!

Responsibilities :

Empty trash receptacles and replace liners in entrance areas, offices, restrooms, and kitchen. Clean entrance glass to remove fingerprints and smudges. Full vacuuming every other service. Spot vacuuming under desks and high-traffic areas every other service. Sweep and damp mop all hard floor surfaces. Sweep all steps and sidewalks leading to the building (from curbside to doorway) twice weekly. Clean and disinfect reception counters and desks. Dust and wipe down surfaces in offices, conference rooms, and break rooms, including furniture, fixtures, and desk lamps. Clean and disinfect kitchen counters, tables, and sinks. Wipe the interior of microwaves and exterior of appliances. Restock paper products and soap as needed. Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and countertops. Spot clean door glass, side glass, and partition glass twice weekly. Spot clean walls around light switches, electrical outlets, and areas adjacent to trash receptacles twice weekly. Polish wood furniture (horizontal surfaces only) as needed. Dust all door louvers and other ventilation louvers (10 ft and under) weekly. Remove cobwebs (interior and exterior, 10 feet and below) bi-weekly. Report any maintenance issues or abnormalities in the communication log book. Why Join Us?
