Job Description

Job Summary:

Maintains a clean working environment for all staff and visitors, ensuring all areas are safe.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms and breakrooms/kitchen area
Maintains cleanliness of 2NL front lobby area
Cleans, mops, washes, buffs and vacuums floors
Empties trash in all 2NL locations (includes conference rooms and individual offices)
Cleans windows and polishes fixtures
Cleans cobwebs
Cleans hallway walls when needed
Dusts and vacuums furniture
Warehouse cleaning/dusting
Daily operation of cardboard compactor
Assist with cleaning supply inventories and reorder requirements
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Education/Experience:

One to three months related experience and/or training

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must have a valid driver’s license
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to employees of the organization.
