ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
General Cleaning Duties:
Maintain a clean and tidy environment by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, surface cleaning, etc.
Light Maintenance Duties :
Changing lights, internal air filters, and other smaller maintenance duties.
Cleaning Products :
Ensure all cleaning products are up to date, compliant with appropriate regulations, stocked, and labeled.
Teamwork:
Function independently as part of a larger team of professionals. Maintain team mindset through being collaborative, cooperative, and respectful.
Communication:
Communicates with other staff and supervisor on progress, needs, concerns and changes.
Customer Service:
Provide high quality customer service, serving as a positive representative for the agency with other professionals, families, and the community at large.
Additional Duties:
All other duties as required by supervisor or administration to meet the needs of the individuals and program. Seek to be cross trained in efforts to perform different work duties when needed.

Knowledgeable about product lines and usage. Familiar with fillings system for products and labeling protocols.

Familiar with equipment used and maintain certification for equipment used when required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job requires physical effort and operates in an environment that will include heat, cold, dust, loud noises, and moving equipment. Aspects of the positions may include transportation, community outings, and/or home settings for individuals served. Job may require you to work under the following conditions: Sit for long periods of time Stand for long periods of time Lifting at least 25lbs, pushing, pulling, bending, and/or squatting. Potential exposure to aggressive behaviors inclusive of physical and verbal aggression Clothing may get dirty and/or torn Possibility of cuts, scrapes, bruises, burns etc., related to contract work and rehab activities
QUALIFICATIONS
Efficiently speak, read, and write in English Must be able to handle physical demands of the job Proof of U.S. work eligibility. Pass all required background checks inclusive of drug test. Free from any substantiated findings of abuse or neglect. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Read, write, and speak English fluently High school diploma or GED
