Job Duties:
Supervise staff and inspect building cleanliness for assigned shifts. Ensure each building is clean and ready for the next business day. Assign and direct staff to special set-ups and teardowns (coffee, tables, unlock doors, etc.) Ensure facilities are prepped for City events (meetings, training, events, celebrations, etc.) Respond to any emergency cleanings as needed Fill in for staff as needed. Monitor supplies and notify Contractor Liaison when supplies need to be ordered. Monitor equipment and notify Contractor Liaison repairs need to be made. Report any building maintenance issues to Contractor Liaison and Facility Representatives.
