Cleaning Specialist Position Available In Wake, North Carolina

Turning Keys Cleaning is a residential cleaning company that serves the Raleigh/Durham and surrounding areas. We are hiring a part-time cleaner. Applicants must have their own reliable transportation and valid divers license.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Empty trash and replace garbage bags
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and break rooms
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisorSkills
• Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning
• Time management skills to complete tasks within designated time frames
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques for different surfaces
