The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces. Conduct buffing and floor care activities to maintain polished and clean surfaces. Carry out industrial cleaning duties in designated areas, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall operations. Provide porter services by transporting materials and supplies within the facility. Handle custodial responsibilities in both commercial and residential settings as required. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Requirements Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques including buffing and maintenance of various flooring types. Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks.
