Part Time Cleaner Dime Shine Cleaning and Floors LLC Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in a large facility located in Fuqua-Varina. This is a 5 day (Monday- Friday) cleaning that starts after 6pm. Estimate sq ft 30,000. It will take 2-3 hrs a night to clean and will take 1-3 people to clean. Have a family member or friend that doesn’t mind helping you bring them along!! Chemicals and some supplies are supplied by the client. Will need a vacuum and high duster.•

Meaning pay is every 45 days…… (out of our control) This building contains: Breakroom/Kitchen Chapel Gym Cubicals Conference rooms Hallways Offices Lobby/Front Desk Warehouse Mailroom Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Maintain cleanliness ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-kept. Engage in commercial cleaning tasks such as restroom sanitation, and floor care. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure a safe and clean environment. Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Experience Previous experience in custodial services or commercial cleaning is preferred. Experience as a Porter or in facilities maintenance will be advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness across various environments.
