The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency.

12pm to 4pm

Monday- Thursday:

5pm-9pm

Pay:

$ 11.83 an hour (weekly pay) Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas. Buff and polish floors to maintain their appearance and longevity. Conduct industrial cleaning in larger facilities as needed. Assist with custodial duties such as restroom sanitation, trash removal, and surface disinfection. Maintain cleanliness in common areas, hallways, and entryways. Carry out commercial cleaning tasks for businesses or public spaces. Support porter duties by ensuring supplies are stocked and available for use. Participate in residential painting projects when required to enhance property aesthetics. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Experience Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment operation is a plus. Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
