Job Opportunity We are expanding our team and are looking to hire TWO experienced exterior restoration and pressure washing crew members for full-time summer employment and ONE full time permanent position with potential to advance to supervisory position. •Subcontractors with valid proof of current insurance AND a portfolio of verifiable work are welcome to apply. Working Hours Full-time (Monday-Friday), but hours may vary due to weather Overtime is calculated after 40 worked hours Daily Tasks Pressure washing Exterior staining and painting Wood restoration Deck and fence maintenance Gutter clearing and gutter guard installation Light carpentry experience is a plus, but not required Compensation and Benefits Pay is commensurate with experience Salary review and sign-on bonus after the first 90 days of employment Uniform allowance Employee referral program Vacation and sick days Optional medical benefit contribution after 90 days of employment Paid training Requirements 2+ full years of verifiable experience in painting/staining AND/OR exterior power washing or similar trade experience is

REQUIRED

(additional paid training will be provided) Must be 18 years or older Must have own reliable transportation to get to and from our warehouse (company vehicle provided for transportation to and from job sites) Must be detail-oriented and able to follow written and verbal instructions Must be able to climb and safely work on ladders, up to heights of 20′ Must be articulate, polite, have a can-do attitude, and be comfortable conversing with clients and supervisors (communication is key!)
