Location:
Rosewood High We are in search of a custodian. The involves maintaining the cleanliness and order of the facilities. Duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms, emptying trash, and restocking supplies. They may also perform minor repairs, set up for events, and report any needed maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Maintenance:
Restocking paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and other supplies.
Minor Repairs:
Performing minor repairs to fixtures and equipment, such as changing light bulbs.
Event Setup:
Setting up furniture and other equipment for events and meetings.
Reporting:
Reporting needed repairs or maintenance issues to the appropriate authority.
Safety and Security:
Ensuring the facility is safe and secure, and reporting any security concerns.
Other Duties:
Assisting with other tasks as assigned, such as moving furniture or performing groundskeeping duties.
Cleaning:
Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
Sanitation:
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures.
Trash Removal:
Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste properly.
