Overview:

We are a small privately owned business seeking reliable, trustworthy and hardworking detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. We have a full-time position with benefits available as well as a part time position, 2-3 days a week. This can be a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well individually or within a team. As a cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in our shop as well as on various projects. We offer opportunities for growth and development within our organization. Flexibility of desired workdays for the part time postion is available too!

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties such as wiping, scrubbing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Perform detailed cleaning of equipment we use for water, fire, and mold damage restoration.
• Clean fleet vehicles
• Perform detailed cleaning at customers’ homes and business’, sometimes in crawl spaces and attics.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning products and equipment.
• Document work completed.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Trustworthy and reliable.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute to work
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively.
• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
