The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute floor care tasks such as buffing and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Conduct custodial duties in various settings, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained. Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed, adhering to safety protocols. Maintain facilities by performing routine inspections and reporting any maintenance needs. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction. Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment for different surfaces and environments. Requirements Previous experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, or commercial cleaning is preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and maintenance of various flooring types. Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must have a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
