Cleaner Wanted Joyce Janitorial Service Franklin, NH 03235 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This position also requires candidates to be able to work independently. It is important to note that all candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check for this position. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Maintain cleanliness commercial spaces ensuring all surfaces are sanitized. Execute custodial duties such as trash removal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies. Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Support facilities maintenance by reporting any damages or necessary repairs to management. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Adhere to all company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor. Qualifications Previous experience in custodial or cleaning roles is preferred but not necessary, we will train the right person. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous. Familiarity with floor care methods. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
