The Primary Janitor/Cleaner Position assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed. Duties include, but are not limited to: Sweeping/mopping Detailed cleaning: equipment/behind equipment, walls, floors, windows, offices, restrooms, etc. Light landscaping/removing debris from outer grounds Power washing Filtering and cleaning oil fryers Unloading bi-weekly deliveries Picking up/emptying/taking out trash Changing light bulbs Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris Lifting, bending, reaching, using ladders, standing for long periods
