The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments. The Cleaner will ensure that all areas are kept to the highest standards of hygiene and appearance, contributing to a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. Canidate must be able to work independently and pass a required Background check. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Maintain floors through effective floor care mopping and sweeping. Execute commercial cleaning tasks in offices, restrooms, and common areas to uphold cleanliness. Assist with custodial duties including waste disposal and restroom sanitation. Support porter services by maintaining cleanliness in entryways and common spaces. Occasionally assist with residential painting projects as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly. Experience Previous experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus. Experience in commercial cleaning environments is advantageous. A background in custodial work or porter services will be beneficial.
