This role requires a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages. Follow established safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or floor maintenance. Ensure all areas are well-stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., soap, paper towels). Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Requirements Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good physical stamina; must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods. Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety procedures is a plus. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if necessary.
