There are positions in stage production, administration, finance, operations, education, development, security, and other professional areas. Maintenance Team bergenPAC seeks outgoing, service-oriented, and qualified candidates for our Maintenance Team. This consists of part-time hours and candidates must be able to clean, lift and move heavy objects, while working in a team structure and on their own. General duties include but are not limited to: Vacuuming, mopping and/or cleaning office spaces, bathrooms, hallways, stairs, and the theater facilities Emptying wastebaskets Assuring adequate supplies are in bathrooms Helping to remove snow from sidewalks, alleys and parking areas Maintaining the cleanliness of the exterior of the building Set up, arrange, and remove tables, chairs, tablecloths.
Position Requirements:
High School Diploma and prior related experience preferred. Must be 21 or older. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation. Good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as good client/customer service skills. Ability to follow oral and written instructions, while prioritizing multiple tasks. Basic knowledge of cleaning products. The work requires routine walking, standing, bending and carrying items weighing less than fifty pounds. Candidate must be trustworthy, hardworking, dependable, reliable, and punctual, and take pride in the job.
