Porter Corner Property Management LLC Englewood, NJ Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Porter to join our team at our residential property in Englewood, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong work ethic, maintenance experience, and a commitment to maintaining a property in clean, safe, and good condition.
Work Schedule:
Weekends + three weekdays.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and basic repairs throughout the property Remove garbage and recycling on a regular basis Maintain cleanliness of all common areas (hallways, lobbies, etc.) Coordinate with vendors and contractors for service and repairs Respond to and resolve resident concerns and requests Monitor building systems and report any issues to management Support the daily operational needs of the property
Requirements:
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role (lifting, cleaning, basic repairs) Reliable attendance and adherence to the schedule Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
