Posting Summary The employee will perform a wide variety of routine custodial duties required to maintain buildings and grounds in a clean and habitable condition. Will also perform basic maintenance and repair duties on University facilities and equipment. Physical Demands and Work Environment Cleaning – must be able to work in high and low reach areas that can have limited access. Strength to move cleaning cart. Use canister or upright vacuum.
