Janitorial Technician Purge Express LLC Pennsauken, NJ 08109 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitorial Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform a variety of tasks efficiently. Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Reliable transportation to the company truck Strong communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with team members Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Duties Assist the Lead Technician with maintaining cleanliness in trash and recycling areas at each property Conduct custodial duties in commercial settings, ensuring all spaces are clean and well-maintained and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Ensure clean and presentable curb appeal Perform on-site janitorial tasks as directed Safe and efficient navigation of stairs within the multi-family properties Join our team as a Janitorial Technician and help create clean, safe, and welcoming environments for everyone.
