12:30 PM•1:30 PM (Monday-Friday ) 4:30 PM•5:30 PM (Monday-Friday) 7:30AM-8:30AM and 4:30PM-5:30PM(Weekends)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to assist with the daily upkeep of our property. The primary responsibilities include sweeping the property to maintain cleanliness and emptying trash bins . This position requires two brief visits each day, ensuring the property is kept neat and tidy throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

Sweep all outdoor common areas, walkways, and parking lots as needed to maintain a clean and presentable environment. Empty trash bins and dispose of trash in appropriate waste receptacles. Ensure all outdoor areas are free of debris and litter. Report any maintenance issues or concerns observed during the shift to the owner. Ensure cleanliness and safety of walkways for all visitors.

Skills & Qualifications:

Ability to work independently and follow set tasks and schedules. Reliable and punctual with attention to detail. Ability to lift and carry trash bags.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

Compensation:
