You’re not just keeping the gym clean—you’re upholding the standards of the best gym in the state. You’ll manage equipment flow, cleanliness, member safety, and floor organization with energy, discipline, and pride. If you’re strong, reliable, and serious about fitness, this is your chance to work in a culture that matches your mindset. What You’ll Be Responsible For Weight Management Re-rack and reorganize free weights, dumbbells, plates, and bars throughout the facility Must be comfortable lifting up to 100 lbs. regularly (200 lbs. occasionally) Floor Cleanliness & Organization Keep gym floor tidy, equipment in place, and trash emptied Maintain a spotless, elite aesthetic for the entire facility (this is a luxury gym, after all) Equipment Maintenance Wipe down, grease, and maintain strength and cardio machines Flag maintenance issues quickly and help prevent breakdowns Laundry & Locker Room Support Handle towel laundry (wash/dry/fold) and support locker room cleanliness Member Interaction & Rule Enforcement Help members when needed, answer facility questions, and ensure gym rules are being followed respectfully and professionally Why Iron Culture? Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated Great communication and people skills- you’re comfortable approaching members and offering help Basic knowledge of lifting techniques and gym training; able to recognize when someone might need guidance or support Experience in a gym, warehouse, or physical labor environment preferred Schedule & Compensation Shifts available mornings, evenings, and weekends Some holiday shifts required Starting pay: $16-$18/hour , depending on experience, strength, and leadership ability (High performers may be eligible for raises or future promotion into full-time or lead roles.) Performance Bonuses In addition to hourly pay, Floor Team Associates may earn bonuses for referring members to personal training assessments. You’ll be trained on how to identify members who could benefit from coaching and how to naturally introduce the idea of an assessment. If your referral leads to a booked session, you’ll earn a bonus. This helps you stay engaged during your shift, support member success, and grow your earnings at the same time.
