FUNCTIONS

Under general supervision from a designated supervisor, performs a variety of skilled or semi-skilled tasks, or skilled labor related to building service work for the upkeep of a safe, clean, and healthy living and working environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

The following functions of the job include, but are not limited to: Painting and maintaining the appearance of the facility by performing various painting tasks. Assisting with grounds keeping duties by cutting of weeds & grass by using various mechanical equipment including Weed Wacker and/or rider mower& blower, ensuring the grounds are well-kept and presentable.

Office Relocation:

as needed, workers help with moving and relocation of offices and furniture to ensure smooth transitions from different various locations inside the building. Also, assisting in the setting up of furniture for events, then breaking the furniture down when complete. Performing collection of litter around the perimeter of the building. Responding to various spills and building emergencies that may occur during the shift.

Daily Operational Support:

They also support the daily operations by supplying housing units with their weekly necessities and contributing to other related tasks as needed. May be required to perform various cleaning of certain areas on an emergency basis.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

HS or GED recommended
