What You’ll Be Doing:

Keeping the community clean and well-maintained

• You’ll notice when something is out of place and take action Maintaining curb appeal
• Keeping common areas, hallways, and grounds neat and inviting Performing routine inspections
• Identifying maintenance needs before they become problems Assisting with small repairs and upkeep
• Learning new maintenance skills as you go Following directions and staying productive
• When given a task, you ask the right questions, do it thoroughly, and find other ways to help Managing supplies and tools
• Keeping things organized so the team can work efficiently Engaging with residents professionally
• Being mindful that this is their home and treating it with care
