This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained for both employees and visitors. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and facilities maintenance, with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in all areas of the facility. Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and stripping to ensure floors are well-maintained and presentable. Assist with custodial duties including restroom sanitation, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies as needed. Carry out basic maintenance tasks to support the upkeep of the facility, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and perform necessary repairs or report issues to management. Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and uphold safety standards throughout the facility. Requirements Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus, including knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques. Ability to perform floor care tasks such as buffing and maintaining various types of flooring surfaces. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Basic knowledge of residential painting is advantageous but not required.
