Job Overview:

This is a full-time position with a busy summer schedule and a lighter winter workload. You’ll be responsible for performing exterior cleaning services including soft washing, pressure washing, roof cleaning, and surface restoration. We offer consistent pay, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to earn more based on performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate pressure and soft washing equipment safely and effectively Clean surfaces such as siding, roofs, driveways, decks, and fences Mix and apply cleaning solutions according to project needs Load/unload equipment and prepare job sites Communicate with team and customers professionally Follow all safety procedures and company standards Occasionally work evenings or weekends, as scheduled

Qualifications:

Prior experience in exterior cleaning is a plus but not required – we’re willing to train the right candidate Knowledge of motors and pumps is a plus Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and respectful of client properties Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods Experience pulling trailers

Compensation & Benefits:
