The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas. Duties Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-organized. Perform custodial tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and buffing floors. Change linens, restock supplies, and ensure that all amenities are replenished. Conduct thorough inspections of rooms to ensure quality standards are met. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the hotel. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with guests and team members. Requirements Previous experience in custodial services or commercial cleaning is preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus. Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks effectively and safely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
