The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to custodial duties, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities Facility Cleaning and Maintenance :

Ensure all assigned areas, including offices, production spaces, restrooms, and break rooms, are clean and sanitized regularly.

Trash and Recycling :

Collect, sort, and dispose of waste and recyclable materials in accordance with company policies.

Floor Care :

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; clean carpets and polish hard flooring as needed.

Restocking Supplies :

Maintain inventory and restock cleaning and hygiene supplies, such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.

Light Repairs :

Perform minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or repairing small fixtures.

Compliance :

Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards, particularly in production areas.

Equipment Care :

Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, reporting any malfunctions or required repairs to management.

Special Projects :

Assist with event setups, seasonal cleaning tasks, or other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications Experience :

Prior custodial or janitorial experience is preferred.

Skills :

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and climbing stairs.

Dependability :

Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Other Requirements :

Familiarity with cleaning products and safety procedures. #IND1

$20.00 – $21.00 per hour
