The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and well-presented. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, with a focus on both commercial and residential spaces. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial and residential settings, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met. Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming. Maintain cleanliness in facilities by performing custodial duties such as dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and emptying trash bins. Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as required, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Support porter duties by managing the movement of supplies and equipment as needed. Engage in residential painting projects when necessary to enhance the appearance of properties. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Skills Proven experience in commercial cleaning and custodial services is preferred. Proficiency in floor care techniques including buffing and maintenance of various flooring types. Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices to ensure operational efficiency. Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while completing multiple tasks. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintaining a clean work environment.
